Quattro Del Mar is a multi-tower residential development on Hayat Island, Mina Al Arab. MCUBE Engineering Consultants supported FujSeng Construction L.L.C. with coordinated HVAC shop-drawing production based on the issued-for-construction design package.
THE REQUIREMENT
The project required construction-ready AC shop drawings coordinated with architectural and structural backgrounds, aligned with the client’s CAD standards and sequenced to support active site progress.
OUR SCOPE
- Preparation of 31 coordinated AC shop drawings across the project levels and blocks.
- Delivery of drawing packages in DWG and PDF formats.
- Cross-checking against architectural and structural design backgrounds before issue.
- Formal RFI raising where design information required clarification.
- Structured progress reporting and review coordination with the client team.
OUR APPROACH
MCUBE established a repeatable coordination and drawing-production standard at the outset, then progressed through the buildings in a controlled sequence aligned with the construction programme. This approach kept drawing logic, CAD conventions, review cycles and RFI traceability consistent across a large multi-level package.
