PROJECT OVERVIEW
MCUBE Engineering Consultants was engaged by Al Batha Real Estate Group to independently assess HVAC system performance at the AGMC BMW Showroom in Sharjah and support decision-making around planned cooling-system upgrades.
THE REQUIREMENT
The project required an independent assessment of the existing airside and chilled-water systems under operating conditions, benchmarked against recognized HVAC commissioning practices, together with a technical review of how the existing infrastructure could interface with a future upgrade.
OUR SCOPE
- On-site HVAC performance testing and independent verification.
- Airside assessment covering airflow, pressure, and temperature performance as applicable to the installed systems.
- Waterside review covering chilled-water flow and hydraulic performance.
- Review of existing-system compatibility with the planned cooling-system upgrade.
- Commissioning/performance reporting with a phased technical advisory roadmap.
OUR APPROACH
MCUBE assessed the airside and waterside systems together while evaluating them independently against design intent. This system-by-system approach created a clearer basis for upgrade planning and avoided attributing overall performance to a single component without measured evidence.
